Welcome to Fat-burning-diets.com, where our goal is to inform everyday people, just like you, how to get fit, lose weight and lead a healthier life. Our website is different than other weight loss websites for several reasons. For one, we won’t just tell you how to loose weight, but we’ll show you too.
With each post, we try to include helpful videos or clear photographs that will help you understand the techniques or suggestions we are recommending.
The main purpose of our site is to educate readers on fat burning diets and exercises that will help you see results much faster than typical dieting and exercising. Secondly, we understand the struggles of losing weight and we generally want to help.
My name is Karin Olsens, and I am a 43 year old mother of one beautiful little girl. Before I had Emily, I had never experienced problems with my weight. However, like many other women, childbirth has effected my body and made me much more aware of how I take care of myself.
I’ve learned the importance of incorporating fat burning diets and exercise in my daily life, and I want to share what my knowledge with others.
Aside from helping others, I enjoy outdoor activities, watching all Seattle sports (GO SEAHAWKS!), cooking, scrapbooking, and the environment. I strive to have a positive attitude and try to stay away from negative influences such as television and pessimistic people.
